Restorative poses recharge our energy reserves, heal the effects of stress and bring our nervous system into a more balanced state. A steady breath empowers the body to purify and the mind to relax. Perfect for those days you need to slow down, calm your mind and open your heart.
Sweat The Stress
Monday: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. (Heated 78 degrees)
Power Yoga Flow
Friday: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. (Moderate Heat 74 degrees)
A powerful flow of postures, linked through a series of connecting movements, synchronized with the breath. This is an intermediate/advanced yoga class. Some poses may be challenging with modifications given to encourage the appropriate practice level. The student should have a regular yoga practice to benefit from this class.
Tuesday: 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.
Sunday: 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
This flow yoga class incorporates movements that form a flowing sequence of postures in coordination with the breath. The class builds heat, strength and flexibility while maintaining alignment and sound structure.
Renew & Flow
Tuesday: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Janet will offer a refresh and flow active practice to release tension and stress and to encourage the participants to let go of what’s no longer serving them. The conscious breathing will empower the mind and body to restore.
Slow & Strong Flow
Wednesday: 8:00 - 9:00 a. m.
This class provides intensity with strength and softness while moving at a slower pace. The class will challenge the body if desired and also allowing the body to find softness while holding each pose. The class will cultivate a healthy body, mindset and enlighten the spirit. A guided meditation will quiet the mind and fill the body with peace & joy.
Align & Refine
Wednesday: 9:30 -10:30 a.m.
a class appropriate for new learners and seasoned practitioners looking to refine their practice. This class will focus on building proper alignment in poses from chatturanga to headstand, while still flowing through a vinyasa practice. This class will have a concentration on prana (breath or life force) and postural alignment allowing students more time in poses to master the basics.
Yin & Yang Flow
Thursday: 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
This class will focus on a combination of J’s vinyasa (yang) flow and yin yoga. It will be a 30:30 flow & hold yoga class. The yin yoga section will target connective tissues, ligaments, bones and joints of the body that normally are not exercised in a more active style asana practice. A yin class is the quiet practice of a vinyasa flow. The Yang (J’s flow) is a strong and more physically demanding practice. This 30:30 will balance the practice
Own Your Power Flow
Saturday: 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
A yoga flow that fosters a warm feeling of connectedness among the participants that will strengthen the body and mind, boost morale, relieve stress and provide a time for self-reflection. This class will help balance the demand of work, health and life.
