Yin Yoga Nidra

with Grayson O'Reilly

Please join Grayson O’Reilly, to explore the healing benefits of Yin and Yoga Nidra. The class will offer the opportunity to experience a different style of yoga that embraces movement and pause. Yin Yoga helps promote the strength, vitality, hydration, and mobility of our connective tissues. The practice works on an energetic level, too and is a way of promoting enhanced circulation.

The class will lead participants into postures that are supported by the use of props to create stillness and allow for deep mental and physical release. The combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra will release, renew and restore well being. The Yin will be followed by a Yoga Nidra meditative experience where true healing becomes possible.

All are welcome! Pre-registration: price here

Self-Care Yoga Release & Restore with Sound Healing

with Karin Reetz and Janet Muller

Janet will teach an empowering release and restore yoga flow class to warm up the body in preparation for it to let go of physical and mental tension. The body will purify, the mind will relax and the heart will open. Combined with the magic of Karin Reetz who will create an environment with the sound vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls.

This will assist one to effortlessly access a meditative state where
physical, emotional and mental toxins are further released and the
whole being is re-attuned to health and wellness.

The magic happens the moment you roll out your mat and begin to find a calmer and more focused self. Then the inner work begins.

Once we clear out the chaos of the mind, the body and mind have the opportunity to heal and restore.  This renewed sense of focus and strength leads us closer toward a peaceful and joyous self.
