Dana Yeminy-Soto

Certified Yoga RYT-500, Instructor

Dana began teaching ten years ago after realizing what a profound effect her yoga practice had on her own life. She did her first 200-hour training in Bali, studying Ashtanga yoga. Soon after returning to New York, she transitioned to the Vinyasa flow style that she teaches now, completing 500 hours of vinyasa training.

She implements techniques from her Thai Yoga massage and yoga therapy training in her gentle adjustments, and believes above all that each individual should honor their own body in order to safely benefit from their practice. Dana is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love of yoga with her students. See Yin & Yang Flow class.

Sara Santoro

Certified Yoga RYT-200, Instructor

Take a breath, now doesn't  that feel better? I discovered this trick back in my

early twenties, when my anxiety hit an all time high. After suffering through a

dizzying amount of panic attacks - where I literally had to breathe through a

paper bag to calm down - I knew I couldn’t live my life in fear of the next

panic episode. Too ashamed to ask for help, I took matters into my own hands

and thought I’d give yoga a try in order to relax. I bought a 3-pack of VHS yoga

tapes (remember those?) and there began my yoga practice. From the very first

time I sat on the mat, closed my eyes, and tuned into my breath, I knew I

would be ok. Through yoga my panic attacks slowly went away, and I

discovered more joy. In fact, the “practice” of yoga — sitting, feeling, moving,

and experiencing my body, gave me the space to know myself better. In

essence, yoga set me free. And it came with an unexpected bonus. I didn’t feel

like I was alone. The yoga community is filled with truly loving humans.

So join me, let’s breathe and move together.
