SOUL RYEDERS' YOGA 4 CANCER
Wednesday: 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 - 12:15 p.m.
Yoga 4 Cancer (y4c) is a methodology researched and developed by Tari Prinster, designed specifically for cancer patients and survivors at all stages. The Y4C classes are part of the SOUL RYEDERS' SOUL STRONG Program and taught by y4c-certified instructors who are also cancer survivors. The class aims to invigorate the body, calm the mind, alleviate fear of reoccurrence and embrace the spirit. Practicing yoga has been shown to improve overall quality of life. The class helps gently restore muscle strength and flexibility, as well as reduce some of the stress and anxiety associated with fighting cancer. These classes encourage survivors to take an active role in their recovery and are tailored to each individuals's ability and needs.
SOUL RYEDERS' YOGA 4 CANCER - STRENGTH
Are you ready to move beyond your cancer diagnosis and treatment ? Come join Janet for a yoga class that builds strength and endurance.
The Y4C Strength class is for those who are ready to challenge their practice with advanced poses held for longer periods of time, increase flexibility and calm the mind and body. Recommended for those who are out of treatment and on their journey towards healing. We welcome survivors who have never tried yoga as well.
